1. What is your payment policy?
Very straightforward. 50% up front by bank transfer
and 50% in cash at arrival. There is a 150.00 EUR/GBP deposit required at arrival
but this will be returned when leaving and everything is in good order.
2. What happens
when I cannot make it in the last minute?
Unlike other bookings with Hotels and Holiday
Homes, you still retain 50% of your booking money. We do recommend to get a suitable
travel insurance..
3. How do I get the keys?
Our administrator will meet you at the
apartment and hand over the keys.
